Guest Passes All limited memberships (4x, 8x & 12x) include 1 monthly guest pass, unlimited memberships include 2 monthly guest passes. This allows clients to bring a guest using credits on their membership, free of charge.

I bought a membership, when will it start? Your new membership won’t activate until the date of your first class. However, you must activate it within 30 days of purchase.

What’s the minimum commitment? – we ask clients to commit to 3 months of a recurring membership before cancellation. Canceling before the 3-month minimum will result in a fee of 50% of your monthly membership charge. 

Can I freeze my membership? We allow memberships to be frozen once per calendar year for no less than 7 days and no more than 30 days. Email info@handlebarcycling.com for support.

What about penalties? We have a strict 12 hour cancellation window on all class reservations. Canceling within the 12 hour period is considered a late-cancel and results in a $10 fee and a return of your credit within 24-hours. If you fail to cancel your class before class time and don’t show up, this is considered a no-show. No-shows result in a $25 penalty and the loss of your credit. 

What if its not for me? How do I cancel? After the first 3 months, you can cancel your membership at any time, without penalty. Please give us 3 business days notice prior to your next payment to ensure cancellation without issue. Email info@handlebarcycling.com for support.
